Nat King Cole
January's track of the month, One of the last albums Nat recorded prior to his death was a collection of songs from Lerner & Lowe's "My Fair Lady" as a tribute to the enthusiasm his fans showed whenever he toured England. "Wouldn't It Be Loverly" was recorded on Sep, 17, 1963

The Sixteen
February's track of the month is Parson's Ave Maria performed by Harry Christopher's "The Sixteen". Parsons is especially noted for his choral motets, and he is recognised as a master of polyphonic writing for choirs with his skilled use of cantus firmus within his works.

The Beach Boys
After 1964, they abandoned the surfing aesthetic for more personal lyrics and multi-layered sounds. In 1966, the Pet Sounds album and "Good Vibrations" single vaulted the group to the top level of rock innovators and established the band as symbols of the nascent counterculture era.

St. Pauls Cathedral Choir
Most of the content of the psalm is a prayer for the peace and prosperity of Jerusalem, and its use in the coronation service clearly draws a parallel between Jerusalem and the United Kingdom, as William Blake had in his poem Jerusalem (which Parry set to music later, in 1916).
